In the market , there are many type paper bags . Some of them use for packing food , some of them use for shopping . Do you know how to make these paper bags ?
Here we will introduce the whole production line of paper bag making with paper roll .
1. Purchase suitable paper roll
The Kraft paper roll , White paper roll ,Recycled paper roll ,silicon paper roll , PE coated paper roll or laminated paper roll ,etc all workable in our machine . About paper roll and paper thickness , it depending on bag type ,bag size and your clients’ reqruiements .
In China , we mostly buy paper roll which imported from Russia , Japan ,Australia ,etc .Because of the trend of environmental protection and big demand of paper in China ,usually we import paper roll from Other countries . Therefore we suggest customer to buy paper roll from their local or buy from other countries .
2. Slitting Wide paper roll into smaller width rolls depending on the paper bag size you need make
Using paper roll slitting machine to slit big width paper roll into several small width rolls depending on paper bag size you need make . If making shopping paper bag with handle , also can get small width roll to making bag hand .
For example , when make bag width 290mm , bag side gusset 95mm , side glue width : 20 mm .
Then it need unwind paper roll width : (290+95)*2+20mm=790mm
If you have 1000mm width paper bag roll in stock , you can use slitting machine to slit 1000mm width into : 1 rolls 790mm+ 30mm x 7 rolls .

3.Printing paper roll
Printing logo or pattern on the paper roll with flexo printing machine or other type machine . Usually most customer adopt roll to roll flexo printing machine to print paper roll . Because the flexo printing machine can work with both Water-based ink and solvent-based ink . There are Water-based ink can reach food grade .So the printed paper also can use for food packing .
If not have big demand of printing , also can choose our optional 2 or 4 color printing .
If make shopping paper bag with handle on automatic machines , we not suggest customer to choose inline printing , because it will reduce the production efficiency of machine .

4.Laminate paper roll ( if need adopt lamianted paper roll to make bag )
